Metta Meditation
In this class we want to deepen our understanding of the practice of Loving Kindness or Metta (the pali word). When Loving Kindness meets suffering it answers with compassion, when it meets happiness it answers with sympathetic joy and to hold it all, the heart needs equanimity. The class is taught by Insight LA teacher Christiane Wolf.
